Zane’ Candle Company is proud to partner with Seeds of Excellence Christian Academy to offer inspiring bi-monthly candle-making workshops that blend creativity with STEM, fire safety, and character-building lessons.

General Parental Liability Waiver & What to Expect in Class
This covers parental consent for minors, general safety acknowledgments, and an overview of what your child will experience during the session.
Medical & Allergy Liability Waiver
Risks involved in hands-on activities such as candle-making.

Workshops are held twice a month on Thursdays, beginning September 11th, 2025, offering engaging, hands-on learning experiences.

Classes run 1 hour:
K–3rd Grade: 3:45 PM – 4:45 PM
4th–8th Grade: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Each workshop centers around our “Being the Light” theme, combining STEM, fire safety, fragrance and sensory exploration, teamwork, and social-emotional learning.

1. Are there any allergy considerations for students participating in the candle-making workshops?
Yes. Our candles are made using 100% soy wax and high-quality fragrance oils. Parents are encouraged to review the materials list and notify us of any known allergies. A medical allergy and safety form must be completed before participation.2. Do parents need to sign a consent form for their child to participate?
Yes. A signed parent/guardian consent form is required for each student. The form includes acknowledgment of fire safety measures, emergency procedures, and permission to use soy wax and fragrance oils during the workshop.
